Having been interested in photography for many years I began taking it as a serious hobby around 5 years ago, within that time I have taken a strong interest in landscapes and nature as well as transportation images, specifically military aviation where I am often on trips to Wales to photograph the RAF and USAF aircraft carrying out low level training in the valleys. As with all photography these need a large amount of patience, experience and the right conditions to get the shot. You often don't get a second chance with either and the challenge involved in coming home with an image you are happy with is something I enjoy.
